Following extensive direct negotiations with their landlord, we have just completed on the task of advising the largest worldwide copper provider on the renewal of their existing Albemarle Street, Mayfair, London, W1 office lease.

We feel very privileged that we were given the opportunity to represent such a large company. With the London HQ being an important part of their EMEA operation, it was imperative for us to achieve the right financial package and lease terms. This property has been their business’ home for the last 20 years and they have seen rent increases of real significance over this period.
