Acquisition For A Long Standing Client
We are thrilled to have completed on the acquisition of the 4th floor at 39 Charing Cross Road, Covent Garden, London, WC2 on behalf a global esports media network.
The office is approx. 3,000 sq. ft. and was acquired fully furnished and fitted, which we like to call Plug and Play.
Our clients will benefit from the excellent natural light in the office, air conditioning and having a Commissionaire.
The building is located on a prominent corner directly opposite Leicester Square station in the heart of the West End. It is easy to spot with its princess like turret. Charing Cross and Tottenham Court Road stations are also within easy walking distance. Such good timing too with the opening of the Elizabeth Line to Tottenham Court Road.
