We love it the most when existing clients recommend us! And yes, you guessed it, this is exactly what happened when a Canadian based private equity firm wanted to set up their presence in London and were referred to us, to help and advise them.

Their requirement was centred around core West End London locations such as Marylebone, Mayfair, Soho and St. James’s.

They quickly fell in love with Soho and 8-10 Lower James Street, W1, located on the southeast corner of Golden Square, ticked all their boxes.

It was a high quality fitted workspace and had all the amenities they required including a commissionaire, passenger lift, raised floors, air conditioning, onsite showers, lockers and bike storage.

The office space also benefits from fantastic transport links with Piccadilly Circus (Piccadilly & Bakerloo lines), Oxford Circus (Victoria, Central & Bakerloo lines) and Leicester Square (Piccadilly & Northern lines) underground stations being nearby. The new Elizabeth line service can also be accessed from Tottenham Court Road station.

As majority of their colleagues are based in Toronto and were unable to visit the potential offices for themselves, we assisted them with providing videos of all the offices we viewed. The videos helped aid their decision making process.
