Within Serviced office floors/ buildings you can choose to either co-work with other companies by paying for a hot desk or fixed/ dedicated desk; or you can choose a private office. They all come in a variety of sizes and styles. So whether you are looking for 1 desk or 100 desks, creative or corporate, or anything in between, there will be offices available to match your company size, brand and budget. Private offices can be branded and made fully bespoke to your needs.
Serviced transactions are really quick. For larger businesses especially, we recommend you begin the process of looking for a new Serviced office around 3 months ahead of your move date. However, as the contracts are so simple and flexible, and the IT and Telephony infrastructure is already in Place, you can technically be signed and moved in after 24 hours of finding your ideal office.
Our Project Plans would define how much time you need for your office move and this is something we would recommend you ask us for. It’s best to plan ahead!
Typically you sign on a space for 12-24 months however contract terms are very flexible and can be anything from 1 month upwards.
Serviced offices have an “all-inclusive” fixed monthly cost and minimal (often zero) capital expenditure. Every imaginable amenity that your company may need is included. Prices are calculated on a per desk per month basis.
Having a Serviced office can work out more costly than a traditional Leasehold office (where you would be responsible for Rent, Rates, Service Charge and all other necessary amenities), however the contract flexibility on offer, the fixed costs, and having someone else managing and maintaining your office space, can make the premium cost very worthwhile.
