We are thrilled to have completed an acquisition on the 4th floor of 87-89 Baker Street in Marylebone, London, W1.

We advised our clients throughout the whole process, from helping them define their new office requirements, to conducting the property search and showing them every relevant London office space, to negotiating and agreeing a very tenant friendly lease on their behalf.

The 4th floor modern office is circa 1,500 sq. ft. and is a lovely, bright and sunny office suite fronting both Baker Street and Crawford Street. The office is air-conditioned, has a meeting room, suspended ceilings, perimeter trunking and a passenger lift. The building also benefits from having a commissionaire. Baker Street underground station is within a short walk and provides easy access to the mainline stations of Paddington, Marylebone, Euston and Kings Cross. This spec met our clients brief perfectly.

Our clients were previously based in Park Lane, alongside Hyde Park in Mayfair, W1. They are a UK based provider of FinTech solutions. Founded in 2004, they have offices worldwide.

Marylebone is an area of London with a very unique village feel. It sits North of Oxford Street and up to the borders of the picturesque Regents Park. Edgware Road forms its border to the West and Great Portland Street forms its border to the East. Their new office is not far from the upmarket Marylebone High Street, with all its boutique shops and restaurants.
