Our clients, a Dutch Digital Entertainment & Media Group, are enjoying a phenomenal period of growth. After securing them the 1st floor at The Crane Building, 22 Lavington Street, SE1 just a few months ago, they were already looking for extra space to accommodate their rapid growth.

It just so happens that the 3rd floor of just over 7,200 sq. ft. was becoming available and was perfectly suited to their extra space requirement. While they didn’t need all 7,000 sq. ft. of it straight away, we advised on them sub letting a small portion of it to the previous tenants who had Assigned them the floor. Happy old tenants and happy new tenants!
