We advised our lovely clients on acquiring their floor at Moray House, Great Titchfield Street, W1 in the Summer of 2021. They loved the office space so much that when that lease was approaching its expiry, they asked us to represent them again to renew it.
Our clients, a leading iGaming platform provider founded in 2007, now occupy nearly 4,000 sq. ft. in this lovely building in Fitzrovia in the West End of London.
The renewal terms were effectively on the same financial terms as the previous lease (yeh, no increase!) and offered incredible value for money, and our clients couldn’t be happier.
