During the process we conducted a detailed and complete stay vs go process, which included the full search of a variety of alternative office buildings in the Waterloo, London Bridge and Borough areas to make sure that our client was making the most educated decision possible, on their next London HQ.

Their expertise lies in mechanical and electrical engineering and they have done successful project work for many Airports, Health Care organisations, Data Centres, Laboratory and Cleanroom users and Commercial Real Estate developers.

Pentagon House is directly opposite Flat Iron Square and within a short walk of Borough Market. Transport connections are excellent with London Bridge Station less than a 5 minute walk away. Their office is a really lovely space and we can fully appreciate that being one of their reasons for staying.
