We were thrilled to have completed an office transaction for our clients who provide finance for large-scale real estate development projects across the UK. They fund a wide range of real estate assets from residential for sale or rent, to student accommodation and later living.

They were in a Leasehold office space when they approached us asking for our expertise to help them find an office around the Mayfair and St James’s areas.

The pandemic understandably stalled their decisions and the perfect option for them was a luxury Serviced option with a fantastic breakout space which would help entice their team back into the office. A Serviced office option meant they’d have more flexibility for upsizing and downsizing and we were also able to negotiate a very flexible start date, which allowed them to plan for their “return to the office” for their full team.

The building they chose is a stunning 7-floor terrace property in the heart of Mayfair with office suites that come fully-furnished and with climate control. As the office suites are unbranded, our clients were able to customise and reconfigure the space to best suit their working culture and brand identity.

The communal space in the building is the kind of aesthetic you’d experience in a super yacht with two luxury lounges, elegant board rooms, on site barista and fully-equipped kitchens.

The area around the building is a hot spot for high end, classy socialising with The May Fair Hotel, the Ritz, The Wolseley and Annabel’s all on their doorstep. Annabel’s is famously the only ever nightclub to have been visited by the Queen, who reportedly drank a gin martini at a party there in 2003.

Although options in St. James’s seemed to be slightly better value for money than Mayfair, they loved the space and were excited to be nearer their clients in Mayfair.
