Everyone’s favourite childhood toy is coming to London in the form of Legobar; a Pop-Up bar made entirely of one million building blocks.

As well as serving Lego-themed cocktails, the brick bar will showcase a range of life-size sculptures, complete with an in-house DJ; the perfect hybrid of adulthood meets childhood and the ultimate dose of nostalgia. Visitors to the bar will be encouraged to take part in an array of Lego-based activities with a plethora of bricks available throughout the venue.

Described as an ‘adult playground’, Legobar promises to be a creative, immersive and playful experience with the Legobar website stating; “If you’ve been waiting for an excuse, or your parents have given away your once beloved blocks, this new pop up might be what you’re looking for.”

Shrouded in secrecy, the company has yet to reveal its London location and a launch date is yet to be confirmed. However, Spring 2018 is looking likely.

The brick bar isn’t solely exclusive to London either; lucky Lego fiends around the globe will be happy to hear that sites will be popping-up in an array of sites including Los Angeles, Vancouver, Toronto, Perth, Sydney, Melbourne and Montreal.

Access to the bar is based on a first come first serve basis. You can register for pre-release tickets by visiting the Legobar website. It is advised to wear sturdy shoes; we all know the pain of stepping on a Lego brick.
