Welcome to our latest vlog in the series where we look around some amazing spaces, meet some inspirational people, and get to see parts of London you never knew existed; all with a commercial property twist.

In this video the scenery speaks for itself as we tour this incredible Monument London Serviced Office. As soon as you walk into the building, the amazing atrium sets the tone.

10 Lower Thames Street, EC3R was built in 1985 for an Investment Bank, Samuel Montagu, before being bought by media mogul Richard Desmond in 2011, and named after his company Northern & Shell.

On the fourth floor, at the front section of the building and overlooking the Thames, there are multiple offices available of varying sizes. In the video we show you one of the best offices in the building, which is a 40 person office with views of the Thames River, Tower Bridge and The Shard.

The office space is provided to you by Halkin and the pricing starts at £600 per desk, per month.

The communal terraces create amazing backdrops for alfresco meetings, a quick bite at lunchtime, and are also available for private events. Many of the offices also have their own private terraces available.

There are many soft seating lounges and breakout space available so you are always going to be able to find a quiet corner to sit in where you can have informal meetings.

As you can expect in a Serviced office building, you have access to all the kitchen areas, which include all your drinks.

An internal office in the building comes in at a slightly lower price at £600 per desk per month and the one we show you has two phone booths built in.

If you have any questions at all regarding this London office, or any others on our YouTube channel, please do get in touch.

In the next episode we will be visiting 2 mid sized offices in the heart of the West End of London for 25-40 staff.

We are proud to have access to Every London Office.
