We are very happy to have recently completed on an office acquisition on behalf of our clients who are a strategic corporate pension adviser.

Founded in 2007, they are the only independent adviser with fully integrated expertise across investment, covenant, funding, benefits and governance.

They needed to move office as they had a Lease Expiry coming up. Their search requirements were that they wanted an office with lots of light and in the areas around Oxford Circus, Soho, Mayfair, Bond Street and Marylebone. They also wanted a slight upgrade from the office that they were in before.

The building that ticked all their boxes was the 4th floor at Julco House, 28 Great Portland Street, London W1W 8AS which is a private office in the heart of Fitzrovia. The building is situated on the junction with Margaret Street, and directly above Wahacca. Oxford Circus underground station is just around the corner.

The office was open plan with excellent natural light. Amenities include central heating, entry phone, LED lighting, 24 hour access, wood flooring and air conditioning. The whole building has been newly refurbished.
