This is the 15th episode in our London office vlog series and we’re at 89 Charterhouse Street in Farringdon, London, EC1M 6PE.

The characterful building is a quick 1-minute walk from Farringdon Station and has 7,000 sq. ft. of office space available over the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floors.

• 4th floor and 5th floor mezzanine – 2,600 sq. ft. – 40 desks
• 3rd floor – 2,000 sq. ft. – 30 desks
• 2nd floor 2,000 sq. ft. – 30 desks

The 4th and 5th floor is very unique and fun as it has a slide interconnecting the two floors. Or you can be boring and take the stairs! It also has beautiful parquet flooring.

The 3rd floor has a soft seating waiting area, phone booth, breakout area complete with pool table and quiet meeting spaces.

The second floor features a beautiful bay window overlooking Smithfield market.

Each self-contained office space comes fully furnished and fitted out. The floors are light, spacious and fully air-conditioned. They also all benefit from a 100MB internet line and dedicated meeting rooms and kitchens. There are also bike, locker and shower facilities available in the building.

The office space is available at £750 per desk, per month on a fully inclusive, managed and flexible basis.
