One One One wins mandate to advise mental health charity

Tenant Advisory firm One One One has won a mandate to advise one of the UK’s largest mental health charities, Rethink.
The firm will advise the charity on all aspects of their UK commercial property activities and commitments, which consists of over 300 locations in the UK. The 40-year-old charity provides support to people affected by mental in the UK.
Mark Yates, Director of Operations at Rethink, said: “In working with One One One we are able to better manage our property portfolio and help minimise costs to the organisation.”
