Rent Free Period Greater Than Soho Neighbours
We are ecstatic to announce our advisory role for the commercial property project in central London for one of Europe’s Top 5 outdoor digital advertisers.
The brief provided by our client was to remain as close to their existing office in Soho, London, W1 as possible; and lets just say, we smashed it!
The new office (located in prime Soho) is a single floor of 9,000 sq. ft on a brand new lease. The floor was also pre-fitted, therefore saving our clients hundreds of thousands of Pounds on office design and construction costs.
The new space provides triple the amount of square feet from their previous office and will therefore provide room for their next growth spurt.
One of our biggest delights was the manner in which the financial costs were heavily supplemented by a sensible rent as well as a rent free period greater than all their Soho neighbours.
We feel we overexceeded our clients expectations and are delighted they gave us the opportunity to prove, once again, that our hard work and passion to succeed, provides such positive results for our clients.
