In this walk about we explore the very eccentric and colourful area of Camden.

Camden is best known for its Market which houses an eclectic mix of boutique stores selling a vast variety of fashion, accessories, unique gifts and everything in between. It is a haven of alternative culture and very popular with tourists.

We start our walk at Chalk Farm opposite The Roundhouse. The Roundhouse is a round building which used to house a railway turntable but is now a Grade II* listed concert venue.

We walk up Chalk Farm Road towards Camden Stables Market which is the largest of Camden’s market spaces and features a variety of stalls selling food, fashion and crafts.

We cross Regents Canal at Camden High Street and continue south along to Camden Town station and then on to Mornington Crescent.

At the end of the video we cut back to the picturesque Camden Lock.
