Our clients started off their new office search on their own until one of our valued current clients recommended One One One to them. They were quick to jump aboard our free of charge Serviced Office search, selection & negotiation service and after just 2 viewing tours (12 different buildings) we managed to secure them their dream office.

Our clients are an award-winning healthcare communications agency, specialising in public affairs, market access and media relations. They have over ten years’ experience engaging across Westminster, Whitehall, the NHS and devolved authorities to deliver policy change in health and social care.

Their brief was to find an office no more than 10 minutes from Kings Cross or London Bridge stations to make their commutes nice and easy. They didn’t want corporate type space, they needed access to meeting rooms and also a space with disabled access. They wanted the option to be able to co-work and to have access to breakout space.

Three Tuns House, 109 Borough High Street, SE1 provided by Co-Work proved to be the perfect office space for them. It is a short 3 minutes walk away from London Bridge station. There are free to use high-spec meeting rooms with presentation and web video conferencing facilities. As well as all the essential office amenities, there are also phone booths, well presented breakout space and also a lovely sunny roof terrace.

109 Borough High Street offers private offices and co-working space. The price per desk is all inclusive and they have a flexible contract bespoke to them.

London Bridge is a thriving cosmopolitan area of London with many restaurants, bars and cafés, as well as London’s 1,000+ year old food market, Borough Market. If you take a 5 minute stroll across the river you will find yourself in the City.

We hope our clients are very settled in their new neighbourhood.
