We worked very closely for 6 months with one of our FinTech clients, who approached us as they had outgrown their office space near Bank, EC2, London. Their brief was to help find them find and negotiate on an office that offered a warehouse style feel for their ever increasing London team.

Our clients fully automate global regulations and market micro-structure by intelligently merging finance and computational law. Their client list is impressive and includes Goldman Sachs and UBS, and they have won several awards for their work.

WeWork’s 1 Poultry was the perfect decision for them with its bold, colourful interior and striking, iconic exterior. It also has the right office vibe with its exposed ceilings, concrete dΓ©cor and plenty of natural light.

WeWork occupy 8 floors in the building and as well as having their own dedicated private office, our clients will get to enjoy the outdoor space on offer, the dedicated games area, and impressive meeting space integrated into the building’s ship-like prow which provides views over the busy streets and the rest of The City. The building has direct entrance to Bank Station tube, making commuting a breeze. Cannon Street and Liverpool Street stations are also just a few minutes away.
