Nothing brings us greater joy than working with the same lovely clients time and time again. It really shows that they trust us to find them the best office and negotiate the most favourable lease terms for them.

We moved our Management Consultant clients into 29B Montague Street, WC1 back in 2017, and when their lease was nearing its expiry we started the hunt for new office space for them.

Their new requirement was for Leasehold office space of circa 2,000 sq. ft. They wanted to be on 1 floor and for the space to be bright, and of decent quality. Having air conditioning was a priority for them. And of course, they needed to be in their new space before their existing lease expired.

The office space that best matched their brief, and budget, was the 2nd floor at 30-31 Furnival Street in Holborn, EC4.

The new building is in close proximity to their last office to minimise on the disruption to staff travel and is only a short walk from Chancery Lane (Central line), Farringdon (Circle, Metropolitan, Hammersmith & City, and Elizabeth lines) and Temple (District and Circle lines) Underground stations.
