We are thrilled to have recently acquired the first floor at The Crane Building, 22 Lavington Street, SE1 on behalf of an existing client of ours.
Our client became part of a larger Dutch Digital Entertainment & Media Group and following a competitive and successful tender process we were tasked to bring 3 of their UK businesses into 1 London Head Office.
The London office search was concentrated around the areas of Soho, Fitzrovia and Southwark.
After considering 25 alternative buildings, they chose the Crane Building as it offered amazing amenities (private gym, communal roof terrace, private terrace, basketball court) and a single 7,500 sq. ft. floor plate with an abundance of natural light.
The Crane Building is a stylish and contemporary office building with elegant finishes and a welcoming and spacious reception area. It offers an easy commute with mainline trains from Waterloo and London Bridge only a short walk away.
The 1st floor was occupied on a relatively short lease when we originally viewed it but our clients required a longer lease term. Following a protracted lease negotiation we were proud to have agreed the exact lease length our client requested and an incredible incentive package directly with the landlord.
We know our clients will be very happy in their new home and will hopefully go from strength to strength in London.
