Our client is a Europe-wide company with offices in Germany, UK, the Netherlands and Belgium, as well as having partners in 8 other European countries. They undertake advertising campaigns for building wraps, traffic towers, giant posters and have a network of digital screens.

They were already based in the West End, in Fitzrovia and near the BT Tower. They wanted to remain close to their existing office, so the office search was centred around buildings in Fitzrovia, Soho, Tottenham Court Road and up to and including New Oxford Street.

The second floor office space at 51-5 Frith Street, Soho, W1 measures just over 2,000 sq. ft. It is fitted with 3 meeting rooms and benefits from excellent floor to ceiling heights and an abundance of natural light.
