They were previously based on Brook Street and they wanted a new office as close to their current office as possible. As well as showing them other available offices in Mayfair, and a few offices in nearby alternative areas, It made perfect sense to show them 32 Brook Street. They fell in love with it immediately.

Our clients provide perfume, skincare and body care brands with finance, business expertise, operational focus and global platforms to accelerate their brands and international expansion. Established in 2018, they have 4 luxurious brands under their umbrella.

32 Brook Street meant the whole team could be on 1 floor in an open plan office to enhance their productivity and collaboration. The Grade A office floor has been comprehensively refurbished with new VRV cooling and a cool new private roof terrace.
