Stroll around Shoreditch
We start our half hour stroll near Old Street station in East London and walk South East along Great Eastern Street and Commercial Street before looping back round past The Truman Brewery, Brick Lane, Backyard Market and Box Park.
One thing you will notice a lot on the walking tour is the very colourful graffiti everywhere. Buildings are adorned in colourful murals and it really defines the area as being very trendy. There is so much to do and see in Shoreditch with its fashionable clubs, bars, restaurants and coffee shops. There is even a bar with a giant ball pit. Shoreditch also sits next to the equally hip area of Hoxton.
The Old Truman’s Brewery is an old brewery building which has been converted into spectacular office, retail, leisure and event spaces.
Brick Lane is famous for its curry houses and some of the city’s best vintage shops.
Boxpark is a pop-up mall consisting of refitted shipping containers offering street food, drinks and entertainment.
We end the tour near Shoreditch High Street Station which is on the East London Line.
