Taste Test Tuesdays Ep: 16 – Market Halls, Oxford Street
Welcome to Taste Test Tuesday Episode 16. This week we’re at Market Halls on Oxford Street which has recently reopened. They have loads of food vendors and two bars all under one roof. It’s a great choice for lunch with so many good food options to choose from.
Vendors at the market include Everbean, BaoziInn, DF Tacos, Hotbox, leBab, Gopal’s Corner, Chick Chick Crew, Inamo Sukoshi, Pasta Evangelists and Black Bear Burger. 🍔🌮🍟🍗🍱🍤🌶
We were completely over-indulgent and ordered dishes from four of the restaurants 🐷
We had the Chicken Karaage (tempura chicken thigh served with a spicy mayo) from Inamo Sukoshi which we scored 6.5/10.
From BaoziInn we had the Prawn Dumplings with chilli oil which we also rated 6.5/10.
Our favourite dishes were from Hotbox and DF Tacos and we scored both with a solid 8/10 🌟
We had the smoked brisket from Hotbox. It was very tender and melt in your mouth 🤤
We had chicken tacos at DF Tacos. There was a half hour wait for them but they were definitely worth the wait 👍
We didn’t order from Gopal’s Corner this time, but we have eaten there before, pre-covid, and it was very good.

📍Oxford Street – 9 Holles Street, W1G 0BD
