Taste Test Tuesdays Ep:15 – Ramo Ramen, Soho
Welcome to Taste Test Tuesday Episode 15 where we continue our mission to find the best Ramen in London 🍜
We previously visited Menya Ramen in Holborn and Kanada Ya in Soho, both serving Japanese style Ramen. Today we visit Ramo Ramen which serves Filipino-Japanese Ramen. It is ramen using traditional Japanese techniques, but with flavours from the Philippines 🇵🇭
Ramo is actually the owner’s name, Omar, spelt backwards. Their specialities are ramen, gyoza and bubble tea.
They have 2 restaurants in London:
📍Soho – 28 Brewer Street, London, W1F 0SR
📍Camden – 157 Kentish Town Road, London, NW1 8PD
We visited their Soho branch and we were not disappointed. We ordered the Oxtail Kare Kare and the Miso Mushroom Ramen and both were absolutely delicious. We left with big smiles on our faces 😁😁
We also tried their Calamansi Ade which is a sour lemon drink and their Guava Ade which was a bit sweeter, and we enjoyed these too🍹
We think they absolutely smashed it 🤩💪 We loved the food, the service was impeccable, they were so friendly and helpful, they deserve a score of 9/10. We would definitely go again 😍🌟
